Who we are and what we believe in

Two Senses stand for two experiences: restaurant and bar together - fire in the kitchen and ice in the bar.

The Two Senses concept was inspired by the Scandinavian New Nordic manifesto - a movement that aims to promote local products and producers, sustainability and animal welfare, reveal the seasonality of food and combine good taste, quality, and new production technologies.​

We are inspired by Lithuanian cuisine, local products, and the harmony of food and drinks. Here we pay more attention to seasonal ingredients, cozy atmosphere, cocktails, and gastronomic culture.

When creating the menu, we thought about the smell of our gardens, childhood tastes, memories, and goods from local farms, forests, or the sea. We try to recreate traditional Lithuanian flavors in a new way, reveal natural taste, and choose sustainable products.

We have carefully selected wines and drinks so that guests can feel the difference in quality.

All details, all flavors, and all emotions are important. When creating the menu, the interior, choosing dishes and drinks, we wanted the dishes to go well with the drinks; plates to be perfect for meals; the taste of the drink to be revealed by the glasses. Every single detail, taste, smell, texture, and color complement each other and create a sense of perfect balance and the joy of discovery.
